<p>The water-cannon irrigation device comprise a wheel (7,8,10,11)-mounted chassis (1) for supporting a motorized unit (2) having a suction element (5) for drawing a supply of water from an irrigation waterway (6) and pumping the water to a water cannon (3). The chassis (1) is moved by motorized wheels (7,8) during the operation of the water-cannon (3), along a waterway (6) with the suction element (5) immersed in the water. An automatic guidance system (20-26) is provided on the chassis (1) and a device is provided for raising the suction element (5) when moving the water-cannon irrigation device from one waterway (6) to another. <IMAGE></p> |
