PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the deformation of a lead when the position of the lead of an IC mounted on a mount base is corrected by a slant wall face and satisfactorily cool the IC. CONSTITUTION:A projection 16 supporting the lower face of an IC main body 4 is formed on the upper face of an IC mount base 2, the lead 5 of an IC is held on the edge wall 20 of the IC mount base 2 in the nonsupporting state, and a draft gap 17 is formed between the lower face of the IC and the upper face of the IC mount base 2.
