PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact tool that is readily disassembled and assembled and excellent in repairability, furthermore enabled in weight saving.SOLUTION: A hammer drill 1 includes a motor 3 and a striking mechanism 6 disposed forward of the motor to be operated by the driving motor 3, which are respectively stored in a motor housing 2 and a front housing 5. In the hammer drill, a rear holding member 10 for holding an output shaft 4 of the motor 3 via a ball bearing 11 and a front holding member 26 for holding a tool holder 24 of the striking mechanism 6 via a metal bearing 27 are provided independently from each other (so as to be divided from each other) in the front housing 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
