In a colour-photographic recording material, the photostability (light stability) of the dye image produced from a magenta coupler and stabilised by a compound of the formula I can be further improved by additional use of a compound of one of the formulae II and III <IMAGE> In the formulae I, II and III, R<1>, R<21>, R<25>, R<31> and R<34> are H, alkyl, aryl or acyl; R<2>, R<22> and R<32> are -OR<1>, alkyl, aryl, dialkylamino, acylamino, sulphonamido, acyl or sulphonyl; R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<23>, R<24> and R<33> are H, halogen or radicals as for R<2>; m, n and q are 0, 1, 2 or 3; o is 0, 1 or 2; p is a positive integer; A is alkylene, -O-, -S-, -NR<25>- or -SO2-; B is alkylene, -O-, -S-, -NR<34>- or -SO2; where two adjacent radicals -OR<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5> and R<6> together can complete a 5- to 8-membered ring, two adjacent radicals -OR<21>, R<23> and R<22> or -OR<21>, R<24> and R<22> or -OR<31> and R<33> or R<32> and R <33 > can complete a 5- or 6-membered ring, where R<22> and R<32> are not the same as -OR<21> and -OR<31> respectively if R<21> or R<31> is H, and where two radicals R<31> are not simultaneously H.
