PURPOSE: To improve the high cost and low efficiency conventional method for designating a path within an optimumized radio time by using a radio channel and controlling the transfer of base station data from a base station to a central station. CONSTITUTION: In a personal paging network composed of a base station (PBS) for transmitting a paging message by radio based on data received from the PBS and of a central station (PAC) for controlling the operation of PBS, data to be transmitted from the PBS to the PAC are transferred. A radio channel to be used for transmitting the paging message is also used for transferring the data to be transmitted from the PBS to the PAC.
