A conveyor for feeding red/while internal organs is provided to reduce installation and maintenance cost, to improve work efficiency by facilitating the handling work of red/while internal organs, and to facilitate installation and use even in a limited place. A conveyor for feeding red/while internal organs comprises red internal organ-moving units(10) with hooks; white internal organ-moving units(20) with moving carts; a guide rail A(31) one side of which is cut; a frame(34) formed in a rectangular frame shape; a main rail(32) formed in a long oval shape; an auxiliary rail(36) formed in a ladder shape; a chain(33) inserted and fixed between the main rail and the auxiliary rail; sprockets(37,37') situated at both ends of the auxiliary rail; a red internal organ chute(40); guide rails B having cart-lifting/lowering parts connected to both ends; a white internal organ chute(55); and a wash tub(60) having two wash pipes. The guide rail A is connected to a guide frame(34) by plural connection rods(35) and the main rail is fixed between the guide rail A and the guide frame. The lower end of the red internal organ-moving unit is fixed to the chain and is moved on the top of the main rail, the auxiliary rail, and the sprockets. The lower end of the white internal organ-moving unit is fixed to the chain and is moved on the top of the main rail, the auxiliary rail, the sprockets, and the guide rail A. The red internal organ chute and the while internal organ chute are successively installed on a side of the guide frame. The guide rail B, the wash tub, and another guide rail B are successively arranged to the cut open part of the guide rail A.
