PURPOSE: To effectively collect and evaporate the dew water of a vertical blade in an air outlet by respectively providing knurling surfaces inclined from their upper parts to their lower parts in the upstream side of the supplied air of a blade, knurling surfaces inclined from their lower parts to their upper parts in the downstream side and guide grooves extending from their upper parts to their lower parts in the boundary parts of both the roulette surfaces. CONSTITUTION: The respective knurling grooves of first knurling surfaces 71a on both the right and left surfaces of the upstream part 71 of supplied air in a blade part 7A are inclined downward from their upper parts from the upstream side to the downstream side of supplied air A. The respective knurling grooves of second knurling surfaces 72a on both the right and left sides of the downstream part 72 of the supplied air in the blade part 7A are inclined upward from their lower parts from the upstream side to the downstream side of the supplied air A. A dew water guide groove 73 of a prescribed depth, which extends from the upper part to a lower water receiving part 7B and a shaft part 7C, is formed in each of the boundary parts of the knurling surfaces. |
