A hand-held power tool 10, particularly a hammer drill and/or percussion hammer, in which a tool holder 14 can be fixed in different rotational positions relative to a guide tube 11 of the hand-held power tool. In the guide tube 11 a plurality of locking recesses 22 are distributed over the periphery near the tool end, in which at least one locking element 20, held in an aperture 21 in the main body, can selectively engage. The locking element 20 is then held by a locking sleeve 23 in the engage position. The locking sleeve 23 can be rotated by a grip sleave 26, mating with notches 25, against the bias of a torsion spring 27. At least one guide element 30 is provided in an aperture 31 of the main body 15 which engages in an axial guide groove 32 when mounting the tool holder 14 or engages in a circumferential annular groove 33 when turning the tool holder relative to the guide tube.
