The present invention relates to a vacuum gripper unit. The vacuum gripper unit comprises: a body providing a common vacuum chamber; and a first and a second cylindrical mounting container formed to be H-shaped as seen from the outside, wherein a vacuum pump is inserted into the first mounting container, and a vacuum pump or a release valve is selectively mounted in the second mounting container. Moreover, in a front insertion port of the first and the second mounting container, a finishing material supporting the mounted vacuum pump and the release valve not to be left is inserted to be provided. Desirably, at least a finishing material of the first mounting container is silencer. According to the present invention, a vacuum response speed and a grip reliability degree are improved by compressed air, and applicability of the vacuum gripper unit can be improved. |
