PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure accuracy of molding of a foamed core material to prevent pile of a cloth as a skin material from falling down and to improve appearance performance in an interior automotive trim in which a lightweight and heat- resistant foamed core material is used and a method for preparing it. SOLUTION: As the constitution of a foamed core material 20, a skin layer 22 is integrated only on the back side of a foamed layer 21, the foamed layer 21 and a skin material 30 are directly laminated, the foamed layer 21 is heated and softened from the skin layer 22 of the foamed core material 20 by means of an upper side heater and the foamed core material 20 is heated from the skin material 30 at a heater temp. set at a relatively low temp. by means of a lower side heater. The foamed layer 21 of the foamed core material 20 is sufficiently softened thereby and bad influence of heat to the skin material 30 is avoided to improve accuracy of molding and to prevent pile of the cloth from falling down. |
