PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out the disposal of a garbage in a restaurant, a school, each home, etc., without requiring labors and the security of a disposal site by placing an organic or an inorganic material for forming many porous spaces together with the garbage in an air- permeable container and fermenting the garbage. SOLUTION: An organic material for forming many porous spaces includes wood chips, sawdust, waste mushroom culture media, bagasses, chaff, small pieces of porous plastics, etc., having slight degradability with microorganisms. An inorganic material for forming many porous spaces includes pumice, KANUMA TSUCH (a horticultural soil which is a yellow pumice under a volcanic ash soil in KANUMA, TOCHIGI Prefecture, Japan), zeolite, active carbon, etc., having undegradability with the microorganisms. Readily microbially degradable rice bran, wheat bran, a dried bean curd refuse, a soybean meal for edible oil, etc., are cited as a nutrient material. Bacillus subtilis, an actinomyces, etc., as anaerobic microorganism are placed therein and lactic bacteria, yeast fungi, etc., as facultative anaerobic microorganisms are placed therein. A fermenting bag 1A which is an air-permeable container such as a flexible synthetic resin is used as an outer bag and a meshy flexible inner bag 10 is installed therein to form vent holes 1b. For example, water is placed in the fermenting bags 1A and 1B so as to afford 60% moisture content in the KANUMA TSUCHI and a garbage and the fermenting bags 1A and 1B are closed and rubbed. Thereby, the composting thereof is carried out.
|
