Fuel enters the valve block (10) at one point (20) and leaves at another (22). When the passages (24) in the rotary plugs (12,14,16,18) are all aligned, there will be free flow of fuel. Alignment of the passages may be controlled by keys, a smart card, or aligning marks with numbers. The plugs may be drilled with "tee" passages connecting to air, to maximise the number of wrong positions of the plugs. |
