Vehicle dismantling process

The dismantling process takes place at two or more processing points of a processing line. An object for dismantling is taken to at least one processing point (28,30,32,34,36,38) by a transporting device which has a receiver (50) for the object. The process includes intermediate storage in a buffer station (56,58,60,62). Each object is sent with the same receiver to the desired processing point. From the receiver at this point, it has taken by a transfer device extending out from the receiver, and vice versa. Each processing point has at least one buffer station allocated to it, where loading and unloading is done with the same transfer device.
