FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed comprises ceresin, paraffin, saturated C<SB>10</SB>-C<SB>22</SB> fatty acids, unsaturated monocarboxylic C<SB>10</SB>-C<SB>22</SB> acids, amino alcohol, antiseptic and water, the ratios of components being as follows (wt %): 2-10 ceresin; 2-10 paraffin; 2.5-14 saturated monocorboxylic C<SB>10</SB>-C<SB>22</SB> acids; 0.1-7 unsaturated monocarboxylic C<SB>10</SB>-C<SB>22</SB> acids; 0.5-60 aminoalcohol; 0.1-4.0 antiseptic, and the water balance. Polish is prepared by mixing molten mixture of high molecular weight components consisting of ceresin, paraffin, saturated and unsaturated C<SB>10</SB>-C<SB>22</SB> acids and amino alcohol solution in the presence of antiseptic at temperature higher than melt melting temperature. Prepared melt and solution are mixed during heating operation to carry out saponification and emulsification of molten wax phase with aqueous solution in single stage. To impart desired coloring, dyes or pigments are added to aqueous solution. EFFECT: ecologically pure emulsion polish with higher frost resistance and high consumer properties and better labor conditions during manufacture and realization of the polish. 4 cl, 4 ex, 2 tbl
