摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive equipment plan by means of effectively using the idle capacity of existed equipment. SOLUTION: All demands by containing demands which are to be stored are stored in a processing 11 as an initial storage processing 10. Then, using capacity in such state is calculated and a value is updated. All the stored commands are sequenced in accordance with a prescribed preferential condition in a processing 21 as a route change processing 20. Then, the demands of a next order are sequentially selected from the highest order in processings 22 and 28. Then, using capacity for respective equipments when the demand is removed in a processing 23 is updated one by one. In processings 24 and 25, increase cost for storing the demand for the respective equipments and a minimum cost route based on the cost are calculated. In processing 26 and 27, a procedure for storing again the demand and updating the value of the use capacity of the respective equipments is repeated as long as network extension cost is reduced. Thus, the inexpensive equipment extension plan can be supplied.</p>
