PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce an electromagnetic cooking vessel with a deep bottom at a low cost by preparing a base material and an aluminum cylinder peripheral wall material having prescribed length and joining the whole periphery of one end peripheral edge part of the peripheral wall material in the peripheral edge part of the base material. SOLUTION: A magnetic body 3 such as Fe or SUS, etc., is laminated on one surface of an aluminum disk bottom main body 1a and joining is executed by clad joining, brazing or casting, etc., so as to form the base material 1. In this case, the base material is formed so as to permit an only aluminum part to exist in the peripheral end part of the base material 1. In the meantime, the peripheral wall material 2 being the aluminum cylindrical member is produced by cutting an extruded circular pipe material by prescribed length. Then, the base material 1 is fitted in an internal fitting state so as to be combined in one end of the peripheral wall material 2 through the use of the base material 1 and the peripheral wall material 2 and, after that, the boundary part of the both 1 and 2 is joined by a frictive stirring connection method using a rotator 5, etc., over the whole periphery. Then, spinning work is executed in the connecting part so as to obtain a roundness 12 so that the electromagnetic cooking vessel is obtained. |
