<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a motor current detecting means by providing a control means to achieve the treatment during the offset correction and a failure of the motor current detecting means, judging the magnitude of the offset value, and judging an abnormal condition a plurality of times to achieve the treatment during the offset correction and during a failure. SOLUTION: When a control unit is shipped, an ignition key 11 is turned ON, and switched to the regulation mode, a relay 40 is turned OFF, and the offset value of a motor current detecting means comprising a resistor R and an operation amplifier OP is stored in a storage means 125 while all FET 1-4 are turned OFF. The detection signal of the motor current detecting means is read a plurality of times through an A/D converter 121 and stored in a storage means 124. Reading is repeated until the stored value is equal to the previously read value, and when equal, the value is stored in the storage means 125 as the offset value, the ignition key 11 is turned OFF in this condition, and the control unit is shipped.</p> |
