<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the reduction of power consumption and noise by comparing a comparative current value, which is held in a holding means, through a comparing means when prescribed time is counted and operating a fan for cooling at a low rotating speed when it is judged that comparative current value is higher than current consumption. SOLUTION: When a counter 88 starts counting the fixed time from the point of time of turning on a DC power source and the counted time is measured, a comparator circuit 86 of a power source control part 16 compares the comparative current value held in a comparative current value holding circuit 82. As a result of the comparison, when it is judged the comparative current value is higher than the current consumption, a rotating speed changing instruction for operating a fan 34 for cooling at the low rotating speed is outputted. Thus, since the fan 34 for cooling can be controlled on two stages of low speed and high speed, while keeping cooling ability in a hardware configuration, the reduction of power consumption and noise can be attained.</p> |
