PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder pad that does not shift its position on or is not fallen apart from the shoulder strap for a carried article. SOLUTION: This pad comprises a cushion part 60 as a flexible buffer member and a flexible fixing part 20 to fix the cushion part 60 on the undersurface of a strap 80. The fixing part 20 presents the form of a long-sized frame. Two long sides 31 and 31 of the fixing part are linked by link parts 40 traversing along the length thereof. Moreover, lock bands 50 which project respectively in the direction opposite to each other from both the long sides 31 and 31 have fastening devices 2 mutually engageable at the respective tips thereof. The cushion part 60 gets channel parts 70 traversing along the length thereof put on the link parts 40 so as to be fitted onto the inner side of the fixing part 20. Moreover, the cushion part 60 kept in contact with the undersurface of the strap part 80 is fixed by the lock bands 50. The depth of the channel parts 70 is made larger than the thickness of the link parts 40 thereby making the shoulder contact with the undersurface alone of the cushion part 60. |
