PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently compare/analyze environmental information in global scale by generating a local time image by linking divided image data corresponding to the same local time. SOLUTION: When image data on environmental information are provided from a satellite for every one hour, for example, a dividing means 1 divides respective image data 5 at the longitude interval of 15 deg. corresponding to the time difference for one hour and generates divided image data 6 for the width of 15 deg. corresponding to the local time for every one hour. Besides, a generating means 2 generates one local time image 7 by linking the several divided image data 6 corresponding to the same local time and an output means 4 outputs this image. Thus, since one local time image is generated from the divided image data 6 of almost the same local time and outputted, a user can easily compare the environmental information at respective spots of the same time zone while watching the outputted local time image 7. |
