摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wrong detection by noises in a dummy noise code phase different from a normal phase and wrong detection to a dummy noise code of signals of a satellite different from a desired satellite. SOLUTION: The GPS receiving apparatus has a GPS antenna 401, an analog signal processing part 402, a digital signal converting part 403, a carrier wave signal generator 405, a carrier wave removing part 404, a dummy noise code generator 407, a controlling part 409 for the dummy noise code generator, a correlator 406, a data-demodulating part 408 and a position-operating part 410. A judging part 412 is arranged in the apparatus for judging whether or not a dummy noise code phase is valid in a state while phase synchronization of the dummy noise code is held on the basis of an output from the correlator when a phase shift amount of the dummy noise code is inputted to the dummy noise code generator-controlling part, thereby setting the dummy noise code generator with a predetermined amount of shift of the dummy noise code phase from the state in which phase synchronization of the dummy noise code is held.</p>
