A quality optimisation circuit for television (TV) signals has a first input terminal (1) for input of an input-TV signal, a second input terminal for input of a display signal from a computer, an output terminal (7) for output of an output-TV signal to a TV set, a graphics control (11) for output of a combined image/picture signal from the computer display signal and the input-TV signal, and a conversion circuit (13) which receives the combined image/picture signal and converts it into a form suitable for the TV set. A switch over device (5) is joined to the output terminal and receives the input-TV signal as well as the output from the conversion circuit (13), and selectively outputs the input TV- signal or the output of the conversion circuit (13). |
