PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjusting work and to allow fine adjustment. SOLUTION: A wheel device 10 having a wheel driving part 24 is provided in a body 2 to be freely trunable around a vertical axial center 6, and a turn- driving means 30 for the wheel device 10 is provided in the body 2 side. A vertical shaft body 40 is provided on the vertical axial center 6, and a truning angle detecting means 43 is provided between the shaft body 40 and the wheel device 10. A vertical shaft body rotating means 50 operatable from a body upper side is provided between an upper part of the shaft body 40 and the body 2 side. When a shift is generated in a measured steering angle, the rotating means 50 is operated from the upper side of the body 2 to rotate the vertical shaft body 40 normally and reversely, so as to adjust a turning position thereby. Since the operation is conducted from the upper side of the body 2, the normal and reverse rotation of the shaft body 40 are carried out a slight amount by a slight amount, and the turning positon is adjusted finely and easily. |
