PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypropylene resin crosslinked foamed product having excellent moldability, heat resistance, shock absorbance and vibration absorption and provide a method of producing the same through the simple production process. SOLUTION: In this process for producing polypropylene resin corsslinked foamed product, a resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of polypropylene resin, 0.2-5 pts.wt. of a quinone dioxime, 0.01-2.5 pts.wt. of organic peroxyacid and 5-30 pts.wt. of thermal decomposition type foaming agent is kneaded at a temperature of from the melting point of the polypropylene to 170 deg.C to modify the polypropylene resin followed by being molded. Finally, the molded products are heated at a temperature higher than the decomposition point of the thermal decomposition type foaming agent whereby the resin composition is crosslinked and foamed.
