PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method by which the deterioration of an image quality due to the color mixture of recovered toner at the time of reusing the recovered toner recovered from an image carrier as recycle toner can be suppressed and an image forming device using the method thereof. SOLUTION: Residual toner on a photoreceptor 21 after a toner image is transferred is recovered, and the recovered toner is reused by returning it as the recycle toner to a developing unit 20. The rate of the recycle toner in color mixture toner in a state that the hue change of an image formed with the color mixture toner in which the toner of other color is mixed reaches an allowable limit level is set as a limit color mixture ratio, the color mixture ratio of the recycle toner to specific color toner at the inside of the developing unit 20 is controlled so as to be equal to or lower than the limit color mixture ratio. Thereby, the deterioration of the image quality due to the color mixture of the recovered toner can be suppressed when the recovered toner is reused as the recycle toner. |
