PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater that notifies the necessity of interior ventilation by grasping sequential interior state changes while reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: In the hot air heater, after a hot air heating operation start, a first measuring means 51 measures an interior size A according to an increaseΔΘ/Δt in room temperatureΘmeasured by a room temperature sensor 34. A second measuring means 52 measures a cumulative burning load Q of a burner 10. A calculating means 55 calculates a ratio of the cumulative burning load Q of the burner 10 to the interior size A stored by a storing means 54, as a determination parameter k. A notifying means 56 lights a notification lamp 43 to notify the necessity of ventilation when the determination parameter k calculated by the calculating means 55 reaches or exceeds a given threshold c. |
