PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a neck strip frame for a cowshed is provided to improve working efficiency of breeding cows because the operation of opening and closing the neck strip frame for the cowshed is executed at one time. CONSTITUTION: A suspensory tool(41) is projected forward on the lower part of a plurality of rotating rods(40) to rotate the rotating rods simultaneously. A plurality of guides are attached to the front of a lower rungs(20). A lower rotating rod(22) is movable to the left and right, being penetrated through the guide(21). A lower driving unit moves the lower rotating rods(22) to the left and right. Left and right operating tools(23,24) are formed on the upper part of the lower rotating rod(22) so as to be located at both sides of the suspensory tool(41) of the plurality of rotating rods(40).
