PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agitation heat-transfer equipment, in which impurities such as sludge residue produced in agitation heat-transfer and transport of to-be-treated substances such as powder and grains fed into a casing are prevented from leaking to the outside from the inside of the casing, and the matters residing in both ends of the inside are pushed back to the internal part of the casing, and treated products are appropriately and smoothly discharged from the inside of the case. SOLUTION: In this equipment, four hollow shafts (exemplified by 8b) are laid horizontally freely rotatably in the longitudinal direction of the casing 1, and supported rotatably by bearings 9a, 9b. Appropriate numbers of discharge ports are provided in the lower part and side part of the casing 1 in the rear ends of the hollow shaft. First seal plates 132 and/or second seal plates 131 are provided with the surface faced to the inside of the casing 1 at intervals of 90°in the hollow shaft in the internal wall of one end and/or the other end of the casing 1.
