PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication efficiency in the transmission of a command from a communication control unit of a PLC to a CPU unit, and to solve the problems using this. SOLUTION: When a command B is a readout command, a bus command buffer 112 is checked again without performing a bus transmission. When a bus transmission command generation buffer 114 is exhausted, a plurality of commands stored in there are transmitted as one bundle data to a bus communication driver 115. If in the check of command type, the command saved in the bus transmission command generation buffer 114 is a command other than the readout command, the command stored in the bus transmission command generation buffer 114 is then immediately transmitted to the communication driver 115.
