PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively stabilize dynamic characteristics by forming an orifice passage without possibility of generating a turbulent flow of fluid, and provide a fluid sealed type tubular vibration isolator without complicating a sealing structure against an orifice member having an integral structure. SOLUTION: An orifice cylinder body 30 with an orifice groove 32 and a communication hole 34 on its outer peripheral surface is assembled to the outer peripheral surface of a stepped cylindrical metal sleeve 14, wherein a portion including a window part 22 forming part is a small diameter part 14a and a remaining portion on the axial other end is a large diameter part 14b, so as to form a plurality of fluid chambers 38. The orifice groove 32 of the orifice cylinder body 30 is covered with the inner peripheral surface of an outer cylinder member 18, thereby forming an orifice passage 40 communicating a plurality of the fluid chambers 32 with each other.
