PURPOSE: An aerobic health apparatus automatically operable according to the exercise condition of an exerciser is provided to prevent the risk on an exerciser caused by an excess exercise by forcedly controlling the operation of the apparatus by a microcomputer having received an input of a signal value. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises: an aerobic health unit(100) having an actuating portion(120) with an operational mode display portion for digitally displaying a speed, time, etc. according to the exercise of an exerciser and actuating the apparatus and an operating portion(140) so as to be driven according to an input signal value of the actuating portion(120); a sensing band(200) put on an exerciser exercising by the aerobic health unit(100) and sensing the current physical state of the exerciser by a sensor unit(220) to display the signal value thereof on the actuating portion(120); and a microcomputer comparing and storing the data information input prior to the exercise by the signal value input from the sensor unit(220) and the current data information.
