The invention relates to a plastic aerosol generator intended to contain a carrier fluid in the form of compressed, dissolved or liquefied gas. The generator comprises a reservoir (1) the plastic of which consists of a polyester having a glass transition temperature greater than or equal to 75°C that incorporates a chain extender and/or an impact modifier of said polyester, said reservoir offering a pressure resistance of up to 13.5 × 105 Pa, the chain extender being represented by a molecular compound and the impact modifier by an elastomer, said extender and/or the modifier having at least one reactive function capable of reacting with the alcohol or carboxylic acid end groups of the polyester. Advantageously, the plastic is a polyester of poly(ethylene terephthalate) type. |
