<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety function attached lock device and a vehicle storage device apparatus for preventing possibility of the occurrence of a careless push releasing operation by a simply constitution of superior versatility. SOLUTION: A case 3 is projectingly moved by a storing position and an energizing means 12 for having a moving body 10 movingly changed over a position to be used; at the same time, it is constituted of a cam member 21 connected to a setting section 2 with a hinge, used when it is pivotally changed over a vertical mode from a horizontal mode and provided to one of the case 3 or the moving body 10, an energizing spring 23 and a trace pin 22 provided to the other; the moving body 10 is locked with the storing position by a push operation against the energizing means 12; and the device 20 consisting of a push/push locking mechanism capable of releasing the locking by the following push operation, includes a pendulum 30 provided to one of the case 3 or the moving body 10, approaching the side corresponding to the cam member 21 by the self-weight in a process that the case 3, is changed pivotally over the vertical mode from the horizontal mode and preventing the turning of the cam member 21 to make locking unreleasable.</p> |
