<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and easily join an inner and outer surface hard vinyl chloride lined steel pipe and prevent corrosion from occurring on the steel pipe. <P>SOLUTION: A joint body is completely covered with a hard vinyl chloride, and a joined part is also formed of the hard vinyl chloride. Accordingly, the inner and outer surface hard vinyl chloride steel pipe can be adhesively joined without requiring a conventional screw joining.
