PURPOSE: An oxygen supply system of a vehicle in an emergency is provided to recover the consciousness quickly by supplying oxygen via an oxygen nozzle installed in a driver's seat and a passenger seat while falling asleep with turning on a heater or an air conditioner or at a collision. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen supply system of a vehicle is composed of a sensor unit(10) having a seat pressure sensor(11) detecting seating of a passenger, a door switch(12) detecting opening of the door, and an emergency detecting sensor(13) detecting the emergency state in the vehicle; a control unit(20) deciding to take the necessary measures corresponding to the emergency state by receiving signals from the sensor unit and outputting the control signal; and an actuator unit(30) having an oxygen tank(31) storing compressed oxygen, oxygen nozzles(33,34) connected to the oxygen tank and installed in the seats, and an oxygen supply valve(32) arranged between the oxygen tank and the oxygen nozzles and opened and closed according to the control signal from the control unit.
