PURPOSE: A coating dice, an insulation coating apparatus, and an insulation coating method are provided to produce bus bars of a wide variety of sizes by using a single coating dice. CONSTITUTION: A coating dice(1) comprises a guide frame(10), a guide member, a coating material guide frame(40), and a first fixing frame and a second fixing frame(80b). The guide frame includes a main body; a guide hole(12) for guiding a bus bar; one or more suction holes(14) formed in parallel to the guide hole; and a plurality of guide holes formed by cutting a predetermined portion of the main body into a length same as the length of the guide hole. The guide member includes an insertion end to be guided into the guide grooves, and a guide end for guiding one side of the bus bar. The insertion end of the guide member is inserted into the guide groove of the guide frame such that the guide member guides the bus bar. The coating material guide frame accommodates the guide frame, and includes a spacing portion spaced apart from a front outer surface of the guide frame, a coating material inlet hole formed by perforating a predetermined portion of an outer surface of the coating material guide frame, and a coating material guide hole branched off from the coating material inlet hole so as to guide the coating material to the spacing portion. The first and second fixing frames are arranged in front and rear of the guide frame and the coating material guide frame, and coupled to the guide frame and the coating material guide frame through a bolt. The first and second fixing frames have through holes(81a) for insertion of front and rear ends of the guide frame.
