<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device capable of improving assemblage workability, and restricting deterioration of stroke feeling in operation of a parking brake by reducing the number of parts. <P>SOLUTION: This disc brake device 1 equipped with the parking brake is provided with an adjuster 11 between a piston 9 and a thrust converting mechanism 10. The thrust converting mechanism 10 is provided with a drive side cam plate 24 provided on a camshaft 23 penetrating a bottom wall of a cylinder hole 8, a driven side cam plate 21 integrally provided on an end part of an adjusting nut 13, a cam bearing 26 contained in a lamp groove 25 in each cam plate, a cam spring 22 to energize the driven side cam plate 21 toward the drive side cam plate 24, and a housing 27 in the form of a bottomed cylinder housing both cam plates.
