PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pressure-sensitive adhesive free of strain on a both-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which is for sticking a protective cover 10 on a display surface of a liquid crystal display, etc., and imparts a window frame for decoration to a peripheral edge of a display region on the information display surface.SOLUTION: A both-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 20' has a structure such that a window frame 30 formed of a colored layer is embedded at a position of one of the top surface, the reverse surface, and a thickness-directional intermediate part. The both-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 20' which has a strain-free pressure-sensitive adhesive 21 while having a shape corresponding to a step shape formed between the window frame 30 and a peel film 40 by applying and then curing an uncured pressure-sensitive adhesive composition 21' onto the window frame 30 and into the window frame 30 from one surface or both surfaces of the window frame 30 formed on the peel film 40. The both-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 20' which is thus obtained is stacked on a protective cover body 10', and cut at need, and the protective sheet 1 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 20 formed on one surface of the protective cover 10 is stuck on an information display surface. |
