The load tying down device is for piece goods transported in a lorry, ship or aircraft which can be fixed to the transport used. The tying down device comprises a net system the strings of which are connected to each other by ring elements to form a net structure. On the outer edge of the net structure there are tensioning devices which are fixed to the lorry by eyelets. The strings of the net structure extend crossways making a grid system at a distance from each other and held together at the cross over points in ring elements.
