The title method is prepared for manufacturing the hinge used for house, furniture and door. The procedure for making the hinge is as follows: 1) the end of the material(1) for hinge is formed roundly; 2) a cylindrical bar(3) used for hinge pin supporting the end of the hinge; 3) the section crossing the external part of the cylindrical part with the round part(2) is welded; and 4) 2 is made to roll up and form a cylinder(6) till the end of the material is come in contact with the main body the hinge.
