PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and a microscope system which enable a user to understand a desired color in an image intuitively and easily.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes: an imaging unit 4 which captures an image of a subject and generates image data of the subject; a display unit 62 which displays an image that corresponds to the image data generated by the imaging unit 4; an input unit 72 which receives an input of an instruction signal that specifies a specific color from among color components contained in the image displayed by the display unit 62; and a specific color enhancement processing unit 511 which performs, according to the instruction signal received by the input unit 72, image processing for changing a chroma of a color component of the specific color or of a color other than the specific color, without changing an intensity component contained in the image. |
