<p>The butter, ready for using in cooking after removal from the refrigerator, is prepd. by adding to the churned milk cream, at the end of the known mixing operation, a predetermined amt. of herbs and/or condiments. The homogenised mass is then moulded, wrapped and forzen. Pref. herbs are parsley, chives, chervil, sorrel, basil, spinach, provence herbs, thyme, laurel, and rosemary. It avoids work and time required to prepare the flavoured butter from butter when required in cooking. The butter is stable to cold storage.</p> |
