<p>PURPOSE:To surely suppress the forming of short rings and make it possible to wind a magnetic tape round an iron core without being affected by the number of windings and shape of the core by providing thin films of magnetic material with a distance among them on at least one side of a tape shaped insulating resion film. CONSTITUTION:On one face of a tape shaped insulating resin film 6 that consists of polyester film, etc. thin films of magnetic substance, 5, 5, 5... are provide with a distance of g1 among them. The thin films of magnetic material are constituted with permalloy, silicon steel plate, ferrite, composite resin ferrite or others. With the existence of the distance g1 parts, the film increases much flexibility, and when the film is wound to circular or rectangular crosssection, it can be bent without sideway expansion and the winding can be tight.</p> |
