In a plaster which comprises a sheet-like or web-like support, an adhesive coating and a peel-off protective film for the adhesive coating, the support contains a mixture of particles generating heat by oxidation and essentially comprising iron powder and activated carbon powder. On the side covered by the protective film the support is provided with an analgesic or anti-rheumatism coating in addition to the adhesive coating.
