A device for applying lubricants to bead surfaces of a tyre or to rim-flange surfaces of a rim, having as the applicator a fixed brush, between the bristles of which the lubricant is applied to the tyre-bead surfaces or rim-flange surfaces pressing rollers which hold the tyre bead or rim-flange surfaces against the fixed brush being passed over, while bringing the lubricant to the tyre or rim periphery.
