PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture holding tool capable of properly reducing a load applied to an upper arm part of an operator, in the posture holding tool used when the operator installs.SOLUTION: A posture holding tool comprises body parts 2 and 4 installed in a back part or a shoulder part of an operator and arm parts 5 and 6 vertically rockably supported around the lateral axis P1 of the body parts 2 and 4 and extended forward along an upper arm part of the operator. The arm parts 5 and 6 are provided with installation parts 27 and 29 installed in the upper arm part of the operator and a lower receiving part 37 for supporting by receiving an elbow part of the operator from below. A support mechanism is switchably provided to an allowable state of allowing operation of the arm parts 5 and 6 caused by operation of the upper arm part of the operator installed in the arm parts 5 and 6 and a support state of supporting the arm parts 5 and 6 in a desired position to the body parts 2 and 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
