The circuit for pre-preventing the dew by checking surrounding temperature includes a temperature sensor (11), an A/D converter (13) for converting amplified temperature signal to digital signal, a register (14a) for storing digital temperature signal, memories (14c, 14d) for storing data by control signal from a cpu (14b), a comparator (14e) for comparing output signals from the memories, a microcomputer (14) set and reset by output signal of the comparator for counting time, a heater unit (15) comprising a transistor (TR1), a relay (RL1), a switch (RL11) and a heater (H1) for removing dew on head drum.
