BIOLOGY MARKER FOR DIAGNOSIS OF MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS, AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosis of different kinds of multiple sclerosis and differential diagnosis of the multiple sclerosis.SOLUTION: A method includes the steps of: measuring, by mass analysis, intensity of a specific low molecular called as a metabolite existing in a sample derived from a patient who suffers from multiple sclerosis of recurrence remission type form or primary progress type form which is diagnosed in clinic; comparing the measured intensity with intensity being recognized in a group of healthy people; and identifying a marker of the multiple sclerosis. The method for differential diagnosis of a subject suffering from recurrence remission type multiple sclerosis from secondary progress type multiple sclerosis is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None
