FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: method envisages production of nuclear extracts with normal function MMR and lost function MMR as positive and negative control from diagnostic sample. Then performing mixing of each nuclear extract with substrate-DNA molecule, including at least one error mating bases, analysis of erroneously paired bases repair. Finally, it is determined whether said nuclear extract of sample is capable to repair said substrate-DNA molecule; wherein said sample includes normal non-malignant constitutional cells, for example, fibroblasts.
