摘要

The fine voltage adjuster generates precise reference voltage regardless of the minute reference voltage variation due to process condition by utilizing decoder program type voltage device. The adjuster includes a program input unit, a decoder unit, and a resistor unit. The program input unit includes a transistor for holding the high state of the input terminals and a buffer and gate unit for holding low state. The decoder unit includes NMOS and PMOS transistor array formed as matrix unit.
